Article Availability

Our system always automatically takes into account our current stock, i.e. if you can place an article in the shopping basket, this article is available at the moment. As soon as you have completed the order, the articles remain reserved for you and are not available for other customers. You can also put a larger quantity than one in the shopping basket, if the entire quantity is not available, you will be informed of this. Then you can adjust the quantities accordingly. Articles that are out of stock also no longer have a shopping basket symbol. It can always unfortunately happen that despite good planning some articles are no longer available. We recommend you order in good time. Generally, in November/December we have nearly all articles in stock.

Delivery time

The time of delivery is (after receiving payment):
Germany: 2 – 4 working days
Holland: 2– 3 working days
Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Luxembourg & Denmark: 3 - 4 working days
France & Sweden: 4 – 5 working days
Norway, Finland & Spain: 5 – 6 working days

Express delivery is not possible.

Tracking DHL parcels

After we sent your order with DHL on the trip, you can track the location of your order via DHL. You have to login to get access to this information under your account. In your order summary you can find the column DHL, where you can find the link to track your package.

International deliveries

Delivery is only possible to Germany, Austria, Holland, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Denmark, Switzerland, Sweden, Finland, Norway & Spain.

Exchanges

Exchanges are not possible. However, you can reorder the desired item/size from our webshop (subject to availability). Returns and reorders are handled by our system as two separate processes.

Have we received your return consignment?

In the “your account” section, you can see whether we have received your return consignment. We will return the purchase price amount (including dispatch costs) to you within 14 days. If you have paid by credit card, we will make the return payment via your credit card.
