Returns
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days of without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this by a clear statement by mail: info@karnevalswierts.com.

The right to cancel does not apply to the following kind of goods:
- Goods that are made to the costumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized.
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery. See General Terms and Conditions A 4.4.
If you have paid by credit card or PayPal, we will reimburse the amount via your credit card or PayPal.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not possible. However you can reorder the desired goods/sizes from our webshop (subject to availability). Returns and reorders are handled by our system as two separate processes.
